For those who haven’t heard yet, I’ve got some exciting news: my flash fiction story “The Cons of Counting Eggs” was selected as one of three Third Place winners of Reach Your Apex’s Weird West Quick Draw Flash Fiction context!
This story is set in the same world as “Pepperdam Luck” and Song of the Raptors. That’s right: cowboys and raptors are back! I’m thrilled that I not only got to write in this world again, but that it was selected as one of the winners. I hope you enjoy this little tale.
